installing u46mk2:help me!!!

I have problems with my u46mk2....i plug in u46mk2 and after installing goto Control Panel > System > Hardware > Device Manager and check the number of new entries : there is one USB Audio Device entry. i installed driver (version 1.041) on my computer( windows xp ) but control panel is disabled. i can't move any fader on control panel . i open DVS and try setting audio but "asio driver not present" error occur...help me!!!!!!!!

If it still doesn't work, then you have a conflict in your system.
