Two Mono Channel (One Stereo) problem in Producer 7.218

I am using Mixvibes Producer 7.218 with Behringer BCD3000 Controller and ESI Audio Maya 44 USB (2.840 driver version). I have a weird problem. I can not get two stereo channel sound even i configured as ASIO. I am just getting the sound from the 1-2 channels. I do not get any sound from 3-4. Two decks plays music from channels 1-2 only. Need urgent help... check screenshots

if you look at the bottom pic you can see that you have set the monitor [headphonos out-put ] on out-puts 3 & 4..

click on the headphono tab on the mixvibes decks skin
to see if you can hear out-puts 3 & 4

can you please also post a config report so we can see all your setting in mixvibes

I don't think he's using time code vinly / C.D's with his BCD 3000
..just MIDI...

if your using time code vinly ...do us Uncle V said BUT you also have to click the monitor tap in the Sound card / ASIO setup page to line 3 so it dose not EFX output for deck 2..

EDIT..also just noticed from the bottom pic that you have one stereo out-put in your mixvibes out put rack...but you have 2 out-puts selected [under the out-put device box ]...

this happens all the time with me ..
some times I take my boys to the park to play
so I take my laptop & my vci to have a mix using the laptop sound card [ out-put 1 only ] when I get home, I plug everything back into my edirol fa 66 sound card & do a ASIO set up for two turntables
but I can only see one stereo out-put in the out-put rack
I know I got two stereo out-puts selected & working
so all I do after I have done the ASIO set-up for two time code decks is close the mixvibes out-put rack & then open it again & then I can see two out-puts in my out-put rack
