in the Producer BETA 7.3 release note...
WHAT IS NEW IN THE MIXVIBES PRO 7.250
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
+ CDJ900 hid
+ CDJ2000 hid

HID MIDI has being added for the CDJ 900 & CDJ 2000
so I don't think it will be to hard to add HID MIDI map for the NS7 & v7
as Uncle V said....it just if thay can get a v7 & a ns7 to HID map & tested

   ...you can buy the NS7 or/& v7
and then send it to mixvibes for mapping & testing ...lol

There are no technical difficulties maybe marketing choice to do from Mixvibes.

HID is brand/model specific, it's not like MIDI. There is a big work behind.

There is a big work behind.

It means some precious time to spend, then it's a marketing decision to do it or not... Time is money, specially when you want the best.

I believe DJ Quartz from the Native Instruments team has had some luck with mapping the NS7...but I understand the platters are hard to get under control.

In any case, I've had plans on acquiring the NS7 for some time...hopefully by then MV will have something worked out.

He is not from the NI team, he is just an advanced user, and he didn't finish it because some things need to be natively implemented.
So by now he's stucked... but he did an impressive work (more than 10 releases of the mapping  )

my apologies, you are correct. i meant he is on the forum mod team, not a part of product development. i hadn't checked on his progress much recently, but he seems to have high hopes for the official traktor integration of the mixdeck being helpful...although i'm not quite sure how, the mixdeck doesn't feature motorized platters.

if i am lucky enough to aquire a NS7 or V7 in the near future i would love an opportunity to help with testing :)

No date for now, it's like HID, it takes times...
