Serial already used

Hello,
I am having a problem with registering my serial number...I have bought original Mixvibes DVS Pack MK2 in DJ Store Friendlyhouse in Vienna and I cant register here my product.I wrote the serial number ,but it still told me : "Serial already used" I dont know,how to solve this problem,please help.
