Help: Sampler Bankkey feature

Hi everybody.

I dont get the Bankkey send mode working.
The samples are send but they all have the same key.
No preset works.
Slicing Samples with Bankslice is and Bankbeat are all right!
Has anyone some experience?

We tried it and it works fine. To use it: choose KEY as sendtype then choose a preset in the list (for example 'Major', '4semitones+' ...). Click on a player send button and you should have samples in the pads.

ok i tried it again and still cant get this work.
here is exactly what i do:

Config Report:

im PSP-Menü unter Spiel auf den Stick und startet das 5.50 GEN-D3 Update.

- start mixvibes 7.301
- load a track into player 1
- play track (put needle on vinyl)
- set beatvalue 1
- select sendtype "key"
- select preset "8semitones+"
- push "send" button

result:
- samples occur on pad with "s1" - "s8" ending
- but all samples sound same

i am out of ideas...

I don't really know why it doesn't work...
- I think that you use a customized skin? Did you try an official skin? Does it work with it?
- Maybe you have a problem with your preset file. Find attached the key preset file. Put it in the preset folder of your MV.

I really tried everything, changed skin, reinstall, new preset file but nothing helps
In the Demo of MixVibes it is working, too.
Really confusing....

- Did you try to reset mv? Double click on the reset.exe file in mv directory.
- did you try with the mouse? or only with a MIDI button?

yes i did a reset and
yes i tried MIDI and mouse.
