Mixvibes Home 7 can't start

Hello everybody,

i had for x-mas MixVibes Home 7, bought on a french website C-Discount. When I tried to install it , it works, but when I want to launch it, it says "bad installation". I uninstalled it, and reinstall it, but then it says "Bad serial number", even if I enter the correct (and LEGALLY OBTAINED)license key. My computer has Windows 7 OS, and I tried with Windows Vista SP1 Compatibility Mode.
[edit]visibly, one part of the key written on the user manual is AN8YJ, but in my profile, I wrote AM8YJ. Seems to work on the forum. Is my key not printed correctly on the user manual?[/edit]

j'ai eu pour Noel MixVibes Home 7, acheté sur C-Discount. Quand j'ai essayé de l'installer, ça fonctionne, mais quand je veux le lancer, une fenetre s'ouvre et dit "mauvaise installation". Je l'ai désinstallé et réinstallé, mais maintenant ça me dit "numéro de série incorrect", même si j'entre le bon code (obtenu LEGALEMENT).
Mon ordinateur est équipé de Windows 7, et j'ai essayé avec Windows Vista SP1 Mode de compatibilité.

reinstall then the cd
reinstall the update.

hello,

i can't uninstall because i'm only allowed to execute install_home.exe (on cd) and mixvibes.exe .
i didn't install any update, because i had to enter the license key, and i didn't try to put M instead of N.

Were there problems with the program without any updates?

If you are with Windows7 try to execute the setup.exe in compatible mode. Right click on the file, go to property & choose there your compatibility mode with your actual OS

Try with no risks M instead of M or N instead of M. Your right code is on the sleeve of the Cd or the manual.
