Program dosn't start up

Hi,

I bought the program and do a setup on my computer. Then I want to start-up the program, but it won' t work. I have this on my screan: can't initialise the proces (0xc0000142). Is there somebody who can help me so I can use what I have paid for?
I already have cleand up the registry but it still dosn't work...

I bought mixvibes Home 7 and my OS is windows Vista.

If I run the program on my laptop it's running well. But if I want to setup it on my desktop, it gives this problem...

Can you run the installer in safe mode on the desktop ?

I just tried, but it is the same. Install the program is no problem. But run the program for the first time is a problem.

This post was written last week. I think this could be your soloution:

do you have UAC ( user access control enabled )? if so turn it off
Vista and windows 7 has UAC which blocks applications among other things that it does not see as trusted therefor settings etc are not written to the registry.
