I'va mentioned this in the german subforum where a lot of people have problems with DJ Tech products. There is no real homepage or contact and so they ask for help at the mixvibes forum because they got the software.
I agree with you that this is a problem but I do not see a way out of it :-(
Viele Grüße,
Cheers,
A plus,
Steve

DJ Tech products have caused loads of people problems. The ION support documents should be coming soon hopefully.

 DJ TECH  seems like a few teething problems.
Hopefully it will get sorted out soon :) Just a pity that Mixvibes is 'connected' to them...Oh Well

What's sad is that he isn't joking, DJ-Tech's products are notoriously bad. Just do a search for DJ-Tech within the forum

Since 2009, Mixvibes OEM is officially working with 2 serious brands Pioneer & Ion DJ (a Numark group company).
There is no new contracts scheduled with DJ Tech in 2010 so far I know.
It would be a real mistake to do more than ending the actual deal. This is my opinion, shared by influent members of the team.

I suggest we help "as far as we can" the 3dex le & DVS le owners. But no more than "as far as we can" :D
We won't change their hardware...
