Pitch bend keyboard shortcuts does not work in Absolute mode

Create Keyboard shortcut to pitch bend Down and Up on both players.

Set to Relative or flexi mode and play. Hit the pitch bend Down or Up keyboard shortcut, the pitch slider and on the skin moves, same as the bpm. Also the button light indicating it's directional movement light's up. The pitch bend shortcut's work

Now set to Absolute mode and play. Hit the pitch bend Down or Up keyboard shortcut, and the pitch slider does not move on the skin, nor does the bpm, but the button light indicating it's directional movement does. The pitch bend shortcut's do not work

This bug (if it is a bug) is also found in 1.2.5. I'm sorry if it supposed to work like this.

in fact, yes, it's supposed to work like this !
In absolute mode, the vinyl (or CD) is the "master", you can't change the playing speed (pitch) by changing it through the Cross interface.

The buttons light up, indicating your keyboard shortcut is functional, but the "pitch bend request" is "refused" by Cross (cause of the absolute mode).

Perhaps then, should attempting to change the pitch not disengage Absolute mode and change to Relative? Like most other internal controls do I'd call this a feature request, but as it's to do with this topic I'll add it in here.

Well, I'm not sure to understand your request.

But, if the "Automatic Control Mode Switching" option is enabled in the Vinyl/CD preferences, any action normally forbidden in Absolute Mode will trigger an Absolute to Relative mode change before allowing the action.
If the option is disabled, nothing happens (apart from a graphical feedback)!
