The following won't happen under normal use, but is very easy to reproduce and is still a bug, so I thought I'd mention it anyway. For the record I am using the Umix-44 interface, and my right deck (phono input, turntable)
The Audio settings were set up like this at first, U-Mix, 44100hz, 32 samples. Selecting 48000hz unselects the sound card, and I reselect it. Then I select 44100hz again and reselect the card. At this point there is a weird behaviour noticeable, like the buffers aren't set right, decreasing the buffer size from 512 to 32 makes it more frequent. There's like a slow startup, normal speed, then repeat. Lower buffer sizes make it wobble extremely fast.
Sorry for the horrible description, the effect is easier to understand when reproduced.

I had something similar happen with my fa66 (i am using edirol ASIO driver) when changing the buffer size, restarting the card to implement the changes, then got 'worbles' now and then in the sound quality. Seemed to fix when in the preference/vinyl options menu, turning vinyl control off then on seemed to fix the problem of the 'worbling' sound. Also selecting vinyl control on and off(main interface 'A' button) seemed to reset the sound aswell, but this slowed down the pitch..(see my other post)
cheers
