Hello to everyone,I've been having problems with my u46 mk ii souncard. This is what happens when I use it...recently it just freezes up as in when I'm using my DVS 7,the song just "hangs". I now have to shut the program down,then click on reset on my computer before I can use the programme again. I discovered it was my u46 souncard as when I use other sound cards like the DJ 8 (TRAKTOR SKRATCH PRO )with my mixvibes this doesn't happen. Is my souncard bad? Also I've noticed that whenever there is a slight fluctuation in current the souncard freezes up my programme( yes I reside in NIGERIA and we have power issues...but this is not the case with other soundcards...could it be my computer?...I use a HEWLETT&PACKARD DV 6000 PC,OS-VISTA.
I cant use my mixvibes 7 DVS anymore because of this as I was seriously embarrased in a gig when the souncard froze up on me! as a result I had to get traktor skratch pro, which I now use,but the TRUTH is I prefer my mixvibes WAY WAY WAY more than traktor but the soundcard is killing me! I can't just get a new one as I import this things and they don't exactly come cheap...traktor set me back about 200,000 naira my local currency and that is MUCH!!!!. Help please...mixvibes to me remains the best DVS solution..I swear to that!!!.
