Can't get Cross DJ to open at all!

Hello,
Running on a MacBook Pro, and bought Cross DJ on Saturday. I haven't been able to open the download at all. I contacted Support through MixVibes, they told me to register my software on here using my Key and I have, but I'm still having trouble figuring out how to download the updates. The Cross DJ icon appears in my applications, and when I double-click the icon it "bounces" in the programs dock for just a second, but does not open, at all. I've used the Demo version and it opens and runs just fine. Any help would be greatly, greatly appreciated! I have a gig TOMORROW (Friday night)!!

For the time being, your serial won't work on the forum because there aren't any updates yet. Sometime in the short future I suspect though! Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it?

try reinstalling and booting the software with and then without your sound interface plugged in.

If this doesn't help you boot. go to your Library>MixVibes>Cross folder

erase it. reinstall and try booting again...

What version of OSX are you using ?
10.5.x or newer ?
