I havent purchased the Cross Pack yet but it looks really good and I just need to know if you can take your control CD out of the deck and put in a normal CD and play it.
So just want to know if the U46MK2 has a "Play thru" like the serato box

Yeah dude, there is a bypass function :)

On the Cross skin there is a switch that changes the source to "Line In", which allows you to play regular vinyl or CDs.
