my computer only reads two channels of my u46mk ii

i changed my laptop and my u46mk isnt working right, i connect to my laptop and i only get two channels (which are the IN-CHANNELS), when i go to the u46 control panel, it reads active but, it shows no channels are working

- Go to the download center and install the latest versions of software and drivers
