Serial number problem!

Hey!
I have a problem with my serial number... I can't download any updates cause my serial is alredy in use.... ??????
Last year i made an account and i was dowloading updates with no problem, but i have forgotten my password and user name and made a new account couple days ago...
i remember my old password and now a i have two active accounts but i still cant active it cause serial number is in use...

you have to contact user "N-Deep" with yout details and he will sort you out... not untill monday though
