U46MKII - 1 input dead

Hi all,

I enjoyed this piece of hardware for a little while when suddenly input 1 (both channels of input 1) stopped working. I tried everything, and I mean everything to make it work (different mixers, computers, drivers, settings..........) but no go. As I'm bachelor of electronics, I'm certain that this is hardware fault. Can I get service document(manual) to try to repair it or do you have any other suggestions?

Indeed this seems to be a hardware issue. Did you reach the reseller where you bought the device?

The device is bought in USA and is brought to me a year ago. I live in Serbia and I don't think there is authorized service anywhere here, so I must try to repair device on my own.

I will type in the serial as soon as get the device from my garage.
