hi,
my main two issues with Cross are:
UNEXPECTED CLOSE (CRASH) : apparently for no reason at all, this happens the most when using internal mode, but also it has happened to me playing with the control cd's in external mode.
BOOTING :sometimes a have to boot two or three times before Cross recognizes my sound card.
any help ?
thanks.

Hi,
What OS are you using? Did you install the latest Cross update?

Hello ! Thank you for your feedback. DJ persio wrote:UNEXPECTED CLOSE (CRASH) : apparently for no reason at all, this happens the most when using internal mode, but also it has happened to me playing with the control cd's in external mode.
Any idea of what you're doing when it crashes ...? Loading a new song, just playing a particular song ...? Any further information is welcome DJ persio wrote:BOOTING :sometimes a have to boot two or three times before Cross recognizes my sound card.
You mean you can find your U46MK2 is the Cross audio device list ? Are you sure your soundcard has been recognized by MacOSX when you launch Cross ? I guess, sometimes, if the U46 is not plugged before booting the mac, macOSX might not recognize it ! You can check this by looking in the mac "Audio MIDI setup" if the U46 appears or not. If you can see it in the audio devices list, Cross won't see it either. You can try to unplug/plug your U46, or reboot your computer (the soundcard being connected !).

always and i mean always, when playing at internal mode, after around one or one and a half hour, if have one song playing in player A, and my next song on player B, when i hit PLAY on the B side, it crashes, this i have notice, but the rare thing is that i could expend three, or four hours in external mode without any single issue, yes its has crash to me also but very, very rarely. yes, i'm shure mac has recognize the soundcard because i always open the control panel, and Cross also sees my card, but does not give me the calibration waves, so sometimes a i have to reboot several times before seeing the waves to caliber the cdjs. also i have notice that i have to leave the soundcard control panel opened in the dock, because if i dont have it open, after a while it gives me the monitor beeeeepppps. thanks.

Did you turn on the external control option?
