Vinyl Revolution Pack 20 Mixer Problem

Channel 1 of the mixer is connected to my internal soundcard.
Channel 2 is connected to the usb soundcard. And thats like they described it in the manual.

Sounds good. Do you have any sound coming through each channel when you press the play button?

But all faders doesn't work.

As the mixer is not a MIDI device the software cannot detect the fader movement.
