Bad File Format Alert

I have Mixvibes Producer 7 I keep getting an Alert it says Bad File Format, when I prompt O.K. it Closes the Program. see picture attachment. I am using Hercules MK2 with New Updated Hercules Drivers.

Please do not post in different forums the same subject. All your previous topics were duplicated in at least 3 forums! It doesn't help anyone here.
I understand that Producer close when you launch it. Is that right?
It's maybe because you try to open a media base with an old vib file (from a previous version of Producer?). It's maybe this file loaded by you or by Producer (there is a combo box in the options -> general-> auto load of the last media base) If checked of course!
go to your Producer folder & click on reset.exe to come back to default settings.
