Video Issue

I have MP4's video loaded into my computer, but when I attempt to play them through the MixVibes Producer, I get a program error and then the program shuts down. How can I fix this and does mixvibes Procuder recognize the MP4's? Thank you for any assistance.

Hi Sasebo, do you have the correct codecs installed?

Not sure, but I can play the MP4's on the same computer using different program (i.e. Nero and Media Player).

nero & media player have there own Codecs for video

you can try this one ....K-lite Codec pack or the Allinone pack

when the new mixvibes Vfx2 comes out Soon it will have its own Codec
