Mixvibes Shuts Down When I Loop On Deck 2

hola,

my mixvibes has been working fine with the new update for about a week until today...

everytime i loop on deck 2 mixvibes shuts down and i have to send an error report...

i can loop fine on deck 1 and i everything seems to be working fine when i play both decks at the same time..

ive tried different songs and skins to see if maybe a file was messing up mixvibes or my comp was having a problem with a skin....

its a little irritating...

see my config report below ... i couldnt get a config right at the moment im attempting to loop on deck 2 since mixvibes shuts down..but the config report is accurate in regards to the programs i have open (soundforge) and everything else....

any help would be appreciated...

Try to use reset.exe in mixvibes folder (DVS closed)
Your latency is too high you can get at least 6 ms or better.

where is this "mixvibes folder" located? i've looked at a folder which contains mixvibes, the manual, and the uninstall button...

if this im in the correct folder how do i "use reset.exe"? i tried the right click and enter reset.exe in the properties-target menu....

This is the right folder, click on reset.exe (left) & launch it. You will have all your functions back to default value. (mixvibes must be closed)

i ended up having to access the folder via the "my computer-program files" route vs. the "programs - mixvibes" route if you know what i mean...

was there any particular reason this happened and any way to prevent this from happening again? i dont want to be at a party and this happens in the middle of the set...

So many events may interfere... It's good to know there is a reset for out of range situations.

i agree. it is good to know about this option if something goes wrong. sounds like there isn't a definitive answer as to why but does this happen to anybody else (or something similar) to owners of serato?

just read the competitors forums we do the same jobs & encounter sometimes similar situations. Out of range problems aren't mixvibes typical situations, that may happen to other softs.
Did you make an update from mixvibes 6?
