NO SERIAL NUMBER

I HOPE SOME ONE CAN HELP ME IM A BIT NEW TO ALL THIS SO I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TO DO.
IVE JUST BOUGHT A MIX CONTROL 10 MIXER AND THE FOR SOME REASON ONE THE CD DOES NOT LOAD I HAVE TO GO INTO THE FILES AND LOOK FOR SETUP AND TWO THE MAIN PROBLEM IM HAVING IS THAT I DON'T SEEM TO HAVE A SERIAL NUMBER AND IVE LOOKED EVERY WERE FOR IT.....ANY IDEAS??? :(

Please contact the original vendor of your hardware to question them about the serial key for the software disk you have.

it may just be a packing error in which they will be able to help you out with.
