Can't Change Latency of U46 MK2 due to Multichannel MME

I've been unable to change the latency on the control panel of my U46 MK2. When I open the Latency panel in the config tab of the control panel and try to change it it say something along the lines of: Error! MME Multichannel running. Stop and Close this and try again!

I've had a peek and my U46 doesn't appear to be set as the default soundcard so there shouldn't be a conflict between that and my PCs card!

Ant suggestions? :o)

You need first to quit all the applications (MixVibes too) that use U46 if you want to change the latency.
