can't install

Hi, I puchased mixvibes pro update from home, windows crashed on me and had to reinstall windows, now I can get home to install but pro doesn't ask for the new serial number when installing and when i run it it say's serial number wrong... Help please...

PS. I downloaded the update for pro from the downloads section as I lost the original file I downloaded when I puchased the upgrade..
