i can't download because it says fill-in serial number

i can't download because it says fill-in serial number

I cant accsess to download section, because it says:

Please fill-in your serial number
To access the download section, please fill-in your serial number. Go to your "user control panel", in the "profile" section and enter your serial number .

But i have entered my serial nr and its correct.
by my name there is a * :eek: ???

What is wrong?

you are able to download Producer. Your serial is correct for that.

Update Producer 7.1 & releases notes

Download button at the end of the "what's new"
