Connected Turntables...Now ordinary soundcard won't function

I bought a new turntable, connected it using one active turntable through the MK46, now when I disconnect the mk46 and just want to play around with my headphones through my laptop soundcard, i get no sound at all. here is my configuration report. I've never had a problem like this and I've restarted the program and my computer to try to solve it. Any hints?

Try running the install wizard in MV and set it to your laptop soundcard. It might not work, but it's worth a shot.

I've tried it multiple times, but it hasn't worked.

try a reset.exe in the mixvibes install folder. Check your software faders and master output they might be set to zero.
