Everybody is hard to satisfy. Nobody is agressive. The truth is: "Santa Klaus used all the stock in Thomman but also in Mixvibes. They espect new stock very soon from the sound card factory

By the way, why this hostility, I was told that on this forum the support was very good and all the users were very friendly...
can't you understand that it kinda pisses me of that two gigs are f'd now because the company (thomann) actually lied to me ?

Yes, the support here is friendly, but like you say, you are dealing with Thomann, not mixvibes... so how can we possibly support you?

you are on this forum directing your anger and frustration at us when we have said we cant help you because when it comes down to it... it is nothing to do with us.
..!.. ..!.. NO SUPPORT BY PM ..!.. ..!..

i m just saying that iff you dont wont your gig s to be in danger you should cancel your order and go to the local DJ store and purchase the package directly. it s not like youre losing a lot off money iff you add the delivery expences to the price off the package in germany,

I wanted to know if it were possible to send the package
directly to me to save out 4-6 days... but as thomann
told me, and i quote
"Simon, sorry to say they will not deliver direct to end customers - apologies"
I just asked myself why, it's hard for me to see why that would not be possible..
sorry for all the trouble...

It's true Mixvibes got only resellers for it's pack. As far Mixvibes got the new stock, Thomman & the other resellers will receive the product.

Order available after 2-5 days

WHEN THE ORDER WAS ALLREADY DONE FOR TEN DAYS:
shipment due to arrive at 14/02

TODAY, 2 MONTHS AFTER MY INITIAL ORDER:

This post doesn't concern Mixvibes Community but the distributor who sold a product he doesn't have in stock. It's my last moderator warning, controls your anger before it controls you!

Hi Tribal, Sorry about your issue with Thomann, this kind of thing shouldn't happen to an honest DJ ;) Back to your original question, regarding your set up, I'd advise you installing another partition on your HD with windows XP SP2 and only Mixvibes. you can then follow a tutorial to stip down windows to its minimum functions. This will ensure you get the best performances . Don't get me wrong MixVibes will work fine with Vista Ultimate, but you might gain a few preciosu ms by using this technique !

a karma decrease and a warning?
and how could this not concern the mixvibes community ?
a whole lot of deejays order at thomann.de
------> it's quite handy to know that the information they give is incorrect and should not be trusted, a lot of deejays order material off of their site, they should know that a 3 month delay is not
out of the question and that the service provided by thomann.de
is very bad and that they will not provide a solution...
(solutions were possible) i'm not complaining about mixvibes
am i? i'm complaining about thomann.de, cause i was dying to
get my hands on mixvibes...
well, whatever, can't see why i got warned but that's fine...

By the way, just paid an advance in a shop here in the city where
i study, mixvibes pack should be there tomorrow or friday...
