[Solved] RC 7.2x Same Problem with the Serial Number

Hello
After i got mail from the Mixvibes Team I tried to download the new Release Candidate for DVS.
It doesn't work and the top of the page told me to insert my serial number.
Lookin in my profil area I noticed my serial number is allready insert, so I tried to resend my informations to the Mixvibes Team. But it still doensn't work. Last time I updated my DVS version from 7.0 to 7.1 and it worked with my serial number and now I've got no acces to the whole download area (so I can't even acces the upgrade download wich worked last time).
I hope you can give me some help.

Refresh the brownser with F5 or use firefox if you use IE or IE if you use firefox

I allready tried with both. IE and Firefox. And I also refreshed few times. Still doesn't work.

The Text on top is please fill in ur serial number....
I looked under profil and "profil bearbeiten" where I can also insert my DJ setup infos (Equipment, etc).
I also tried "Zurücksetzen" (clear all informations) button on bottom of the page but nothing happend.
I'm not at my home network yet, cause I'm on a trip. Is this maybe a problem (IP Informations????)

i have just try to download the RC with your account, it works ... did you tried to downlozd the DVS version ?

yes I think so.
I can't download anything.
When I go into the Forum and then into the Download area imidiatly appears on top "Please fill-in your serial number

I can't download drivers for the u46mkII or updates for DVS wich i allready downloaded few mounth ago.
Is there any other possiability like sending via mail or so.
I allready tried the download yesterday and though it was a problem with the mixvibes server or so.

Even if you are registered the message is still there. Did you try here?
