(SOLVED) Problem with my new mixvibes DVS mkii pack

hi i m from Greece and i have bought mixvibes and when i play a track the sound is horrible and it is been wrapped deform something like this.Sorry for my English hope u help!!

What phad means by config report is, using Mixvibes to generate a configuration report based on setting within Mixvibes, to do this, follow the following steps...

1) Make sure your U46mk2 sound card is plugged in and switched on.
2) Set your cd/vinyl on both decks to 0 pitch and press play.
3) Open Mixvibes.
4) From the menu mar in Mixvibes select, Preferences then Configuration Report.

This will generate a text file that will pop up on top of Mixvibes in Notepad, copy the contents of this report into the forum so that we may see it.

Ctrl+a to select all, Ctrl+c to copy and Ctrl+p to paste it.
