I wish it was that simple :( the sound continue to be extremely choppy and the track run extremely slow !No matter how much i increase decrease the values in the panel.... Ok i start getting depserate now

Its really odd :S When i use the rest of the modes i.e kernel, or Multi audio, multi channel .. i got crystal clear sound but in the same channel.... when i use the Asio i got sound on both channels but really bad sound and slow performance of Mixvibes :S

your computer is probably having a hard time to withstand ASIO performance.

Didi you deactivate all processes ? Messengers, networking activity, firewall ? Didi you choose a big large buffer size (512) ?

i used a 512 Buffer and nothing was running at the time i was using my console :( ... Plus i got a 4Gb DDR III Ram! And as i said before i dont know the correct settings in the Asio's control Panel! So the setting combinations are endless!
Thanx for the reply tho :)

Its a usb key (Neonumeric Model:USBSC1) USB3D Sound .. it doesnt have a number tho! I start to think that maybe its the usb soundcard that causes all the trouble! I noticed in the Asio's control panel that the output of this card is 2x44.1-48kHz, 16Bits. isnt that too low for a soundcard? ( another newbie's question) :D

Are you using a desktop or a laptop for your setup?

It seems a very strange setup, i am actually shocked that they expect you to run the setup the way they describe... really begs the question why they don’t just issue a usb audio dongle that has 2 stereo outputs.

Bear in mind you have to adjust the ASIO buffer size for each device, i.e. highlight the sound max then adjust, then highlight the usb sound then adjust.

If you are using a desktop we can set it up so you don’t have to use the usb dongle at all.. this i believe would be best.

Im on a desktop .. and it would be a good idea if i could override the usb! Im trying other software too with VDj being the best solution so far ... to see what may cause the problem ... tho the annoying sound is still coming from the usb soundcard!

As for the Asio i spent all night setting each soundcard in the control panel without any success! i mean the onboard soundcard on the desktop didnt even needed set-up the sound was crystal clear!

Thanx for all your replies and efforts!
gakto2009 your idea was brilliant! I simply disconnected the usb audio dongle and connected the 2nd output on my soundcard's output and it works just great!
As you told me Happy Mixing!

Thanx for everything! Cheerz!!!
