you should write to Microsoft about it.
Who care now about windows warning when all products made outside of microsoft might be dangerous for your computer? Who trust that they are the only company able to run a PC?
So just forget the stupid warning message... and run the software you wish.

You can change the way the security center brings it's warning & disables this function. In the security center change the way these warning come:
Choose Don't warn me & don't show the icon security center (not recommanded but you are free, it's your computer!) [not sure it's the sentence you got on your computer as I work with a French translation]

I have disabled the Security warnings, but i think that vista must allow insert program exceptions in you UAC security. Is incredible that my notebook have instaled this rubish, and i can choice what operative system i want have preinstaled. ups...
