[SOLVED] INSTALLATION PROBLEM

One client of mine has AN installation problem and he sent me his serial numbers .
the problem is that the installation setup displays an error like :

-file:mixvibes.exe not found in distribution
that is shown also with many files and breakes the installation.

I triend to install MIX VIBES DVS LE version with his serials and have no problem. But he did the same things as me and the installer displays that message.
what can i do with that?

No, i didn´t.
I tried with another one because of the client lives at 500 Km from me and he noticed me from this problem one hour ago.
What can I do? Must I tell him to bring me back his cd´s and try them on my PC? or are there any other solution that he could try at home without sending me his cD´S?

My company is the reseller. I work at the technical service and I have direct contact with the client.
We distribute MIX VIBES DVS LE inside a DJ-TEch VYNIL PACK as the software we provide for the time coded vinyls.
He has a problem and I´m doing my best to help him ^^.

As you tell me I must tell him to send me his CD´s and I must test them on my PC, don´t you?
And if them doesn´t work on my computer too???, what can i do?

If the CD is broken or defective you should ask to DJ tech to provide a new one.

we can provide support for software issues, but if the problem is hardware (the CD) you indeed need to get in touch with DJ Tech for an exchange.

Hi everyone again!

The client sent me his CD´s and I proved them on my PC and worked good. We have 4 PC´s at my office and I did the same on them and in 1 I´ve got the same problem as my client. But opnly in 1 of 4 and my computers are similar.
