Hi to all,

so, I have the Maya at hands and all my problems with Cross seem solved.
The U46MK2 in the bundle with Cross looks really handy and would amount to the same price, but it seems utterly hard to get; it's not available in town and online I only found one shop, but there it's not on stock.

Unless I find it in the next two days, I guess I will give Maya and Cross a chance and get rid of the DJ i/o with its notorious driver problem. The only asset seems to be the mic plug, but for that - if needed - I can go via the external mixer.

Just one more question:
is there any possibility to pre-cue excluding the master-signal, i.e. only table A or table B? As it is now, going via the headphone output of the Maya I hear both channels on the same volume level. On the Vestax VCI you can select the monitor with a little knob - with the software djay that uses two separate soundcards for master output and headphone cue that could fully be used, but I wonder how that would work with Cross and the configuration with Maya. Would that make any difference with the U46MK2?

Thanks for all the interactive feedback, suggestions & reactions!

To achieve that you'll have to connect your headphones to the second stereo output (output 3&4), with a mini-jack to RCA adapter. Activate all maya's outputs in Cross audio preferences and set the routing mode to "Dual Stereo". Pre-cue player A or/and B by toggling the respective cue monitor button on the mixer, that's it ;)

Best,
Nicolas
