Unexpected File Format?

Postby phadedvision on 16 Oct 2008, 06:29

When I open Producer, it says "Unexpected File Format" then automatically shuts down. In my options, I have "autoload last opened file". The weird thing is, I've been using the same mediabase the whole time (with minor additions here and there), but it's only recently started doing this. The only way I can load MV without it crashing is by going into the MV folder and running reset.exe. Even then, I can't use my mediabase without it instantly crashing. I've created a few new mediabases and no luck.

Any suggestions/thoughts?

Yeah it's for 7.115, haven't used the iTunes readout yet.

A fresh re-install seems to be working fine, I'm just curious as to what caused the problem now.

I didn't get your point. Why did you post on this old topic?
