Saving progress hard drive internal/external

Postby Dj Ca-Ro on 11 Oct 2008, 18:12

Hi everybody

I'm new on mixvibes and i am questioning the fact that if i take new cue points on my tracks he doesn't remember them the next time i use it.

Now i think it is because i am using an external hard drive.

This is because i dont want to put all the music on the intern drive because i think my laptop will get slower then.

Can anyone tell me that this happens because i am using an external drive?
And does anyone have a suggestion about how he thinks i can use it as best?

Thx

I´m not totally sure about it, but i think that MV save this information in its database which is stored on the harddrive MV is installed too so an external drive normally shouldn`t be the problem.

Everytime i shut down MV he asks me to save a file
mixvibes.mvb or something, and i always overwrite the new file.
