Problem with serial number

I just checked my profile and found out that my serial-number is XXXXX-XXXX....

Then I tried to enter my serial, but it wouldn't take it...

I´ve got a problem with the serialno. too. It has been accepted but at the forum I can´t use the download center. It says I have to give in my serialno.

What is to do?

Hi,

If your serial starts with GXXXX..... the forum will not recognize it (it is the old 2004 serial system).

Please send me a PM, I'll fix your account ASAP !
