You can use the SAMPLER for remix live, mashop, loop synchronization

There are 4 fields in SAMPLER to control the sampler management :

:CONTROL
:SENDTYPE
:BANKKEY
:BANKBEAT

CONTROL set how mixvibes will manage commands
ALL if you do a command the command wil be done for all pads
SINGLE used for PLAY: PLAY will automatically STOP all pads
NORMAL

SENDTYPE set how the SEND feature will be managed in the player
KEY will send pitch shifted samples, following the BANKKEY setting
can be be used for creating samples melody or chords
BEAT will send slices of beats, following the BANKBEAT setting
can be used for live remixing
NORMAL will send the samples folowing the frame setting (1/2 1 4 ....)

BANKKEY
define preset for KEY sending. It is defined in the bankkey.txt file (see preset directory in mixvibespro.exe dir)
the key is a pitch shifting effect then it respect the rythm at any pitch
pitch is set in cents (100= 1/2 ton)
min8 is an example for minor key
maj8 is an example for major key

BANKBEAT
define preset for BEAT slicing. It is defined in the bankbeat.txt file (see preset directory in mixvibespro.exe dir)

A value is offset/interval

offset and interval are set in beat relative for ex 1= 1beat 0.25= 1/4 beat ...

offset is relative of current position of the media sampled
in case of frame looping th eoffset is relative of frame start position

when you send beat to sampler mixvibes will do synchronize the samples with the music sampled.
if the turntable is pitched to 4% for example then the sample will be set to 4%

For mashop, it's interesting to pitch the sample in the pad.
Set the pitch interval to large value (for ex 90%)
then use the pitch control for the pad
extrem master tempo will create very interresting effect

there is also a new field for beat preaset in the player

BEAT PRESET

there is a new file beatpreset.txt for defining beat preset and value selection for beat
the first field is the name for the preset
you can define up to 20 presets

the interval is defined by ratio for example 1/16 or 3/8

there is also new command fields for setting beat for frame looping (replacing fields BEAT0,BEAT1,BEAT2 BEAT16)
:BEATPRESET preset for beat
:BEATVALUE for changing the beat value

with these fields, you can set any kind of beat : 1/16 1/8 1/4 32 64 beats ...

the :BEATPRESET field is not obliged. if the field is omitted (only :BEATVALUE is defined in the skin),
the first preset is active (norm for ex)

2 new skins are included with all these features : see Mv6skinProVinyl1 Mv6skinProVinyl2

You can control all these functions by script command
