Seriennummer ungültig

Wenn ich meine Seriennummer eingebe steht dort immer, dass sie ungültig ist:( Kann mir da vielleicht einer helfen?

Is it at your PC or the user profile at the forum (please register it there if you didn't)

How/where did you purchase the product.

I'm using the Cross 3.3.10 version and I bought it on the official website. It is still on my PC but now i have a macbook and when i want to register it, it says that the serial number is invalid.

by putting the serial # in your profile you can access the download section to get the latest version weather it win os or mac os ,, ,,check the cap/dash spacing has to be typographial correct ,, let us know if this problem persists
