Soundkarte U-Mix Control Pro defekt

Hallo Leute,

wie es aussieht ist die Soundkarte nach nun 3 Jahren intensiver Nutzung meines U-Mix Control Pro defekt. Es kommt nur noch ein ganz leiser und sehr dumpfer Sound aus den Ausgängen und das Routing ist defekt, es lässt sich nichts mehr einstellen und ist durcheinander obwohl in der Software alles wie immer eingestellt ist, auch an der Hardware wurde nichts verändert (Labtop, Kabel usw.) und mit anderer habe ich die selben Probleme.
Daher wollte ich mal fragen, ob wer Erfahrung mit dem Wechsel der Soundkarte hat, ob es sehr kompliziert ist und ob einen passenden Ersatz im Handel bekommt?

You may tried more than you wrote given your experience. But not all makes sense to me...

Routing is basically a Cross thing. The sc doesn't do routing. But if you have this, what is going wrong.
Have you verified Windows doesn't use the soundcard. And if the volume in Windows is max.
How did you conclude the sc volume is low and not the amp/speakers.

I don't know the exact technology of the controller as to if the faders handle the sound in an analogue way, which by having become dirty would explain the lower volume.

If you think it is non of this i suggest to buy a new controller. It is pretty old device despite you used it for 3 years. But even the successor, umcp2, is discontinued for a while. When used for gigs you wouldn't want your fix not to work. To me a 2nd hand would be more reliable.
