So I had a gig last night and had to roll back to my old controller and my old copy of Virtual DJ. Everything worked fine but I had really and truly hoped that I could get Cross DJ working so that I could use my new controller.

Is there a process whereby I can turn my Cross DJ license in and get my 49 bucks back?

I don't think there's much chance of getting money back, as the version you purchased could fully be tested for like 2 weeks for free by the Demo version.

But you may give it a try by filling the contact form at the website.

RoJec,

I sent a msg using the contact form a few days ago. The form requires that we opt for one of the buttons but none of them are really appropriate to adress my issue. I chose "Marketing Reviews and Endorsements" and apologized if I sent my msg to the wrong place and hoped that whoever got it would forward it to the right people.

I haven't heard anything back yet.

Do you have a different idea for getting someone to respond?
