Malfunctions within Cross DJ LE 2.5.0

I bought a USB envivo DJ controller with Cross DJ LE 2.5.0 software in it, and every time I use the software it malfunctions and has a mind of its own, which means I can't use my controller and software properly. It said I was guaranteed a 3 year warranty, I've had it a day and it doesn't work properly, could someone help me?

that will come under the retailer as the vendor and the parent company that made the controller

just as a side note what system spec are you running and maybe a link for the controller ..
just saying it doesnt work and has a nmind of its own is not clear enuff discripitation of what going wrong ,,need some better info to ret to see whats going on
