All the tracks of an album wont appear in Cross DJ

Good afternoon yesterday i bough an album from iTunes called the best of berlin i got 50 tracks that all played on iTunes,after creating a playlist i open Cross DJ go to iTunes in the app and only 20 were available,so i tried to drag the missing ones from actual iTunes and nothing happened i could only drag the ones that were in Cross DJ.
Why has this happened,ive tried restarting etc nothing.

Good afternoon i'm a very keen DJ and have been purchasing albums from iTunes for a few months now.
Yesterday i bought best of berlin for £8,it came with 50 tracks which i made into a playlist for iTunes and there was 50 tracks there.Now the annoying thing is when i open Cross DJ and go into iTunes via the app only 20 tracks show in the playlist,i reloaded the playlist still only 20 tracks,I also tried dragging the missing tracks from iTunes,only nothing happened.
Is there anyway you can fix this issue as all the tracks work in iTunes,only 20 work on Cross DJ.

If you use latest iTunes and/or OSX Yosemite you have to use current Cross version (3.3.10).
PLease let's know if you use this.

Hello i'm on a macbook 10.10.3 mid 2012,fiest time this ever happened so i'm quite confused.Also i cant find an update or where to check if i'm using Cross DJ 3,3.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

just opened Cross DJ its a 3.3.10,so could the issue be in the quality of the tracks that didnt load,????

Quality shouldn't really matter. Integrity could be a problem.

Do the concerning tracks play in iTunes.

yes they do which makes it all even stranger,i never would paye £8 for the 20 i got,prob missing around five of my faves due to this hickup.
The only rational explanation i can add is i carried on listening to the album samples as it was downloading.
Like i say ive got more than 5 days worth from iTunes in 1 collection and none have had this error,also i never used or listened to anything whilst downloading all the others.Could it be a download error somehow from iTunes.Also why are there 50 tracks in iTunes,then if i search music in Cross DJ only 20 from best of berlin appearAnyone with an andwer to this deserves a gold medal.

I would suggest you redownload the tracks. Don't do other thing while download. It might be other things interfere.

Same as when ripping a CD should be done without using PC for other things to avoid minor gaps or jumps.

That definetely wasn't the issue,i tried downloading 100 techno workout tracks,without listening or using laptop and the same prob occured i only got 20 available on Cross DJ,same amount with the berlin 1,i'm listening to the rest via iTunes.Ive also made more space on hard drive,nothing.The other album i bought had 15 tracks and they were all available on Cross.Is it possible it could be a virus.
