I bought a new laptop and my license key will not transfer.

When I enter my license key it says invalid. I have only used it on one laptop as well.I copied and paste it in with all the dashes. I pmd unclevibes but it says he has not logged in since February and I need a response soon because I play tonight. Help!

:cool: not shure whats going on ,will post a screen shot for the indivual taking unc responcibilities ,,
you should have ability to use the serial # on two computer installs ,,
have you made shure that enterning it ,it has to be case senstive /dash senstive ,,
dont think you will get a responce till monday am ,, but still send the p m
also if you can verfy the # both in the profile section of user control panel and on the cd jacket ,,

have you tried downloading the latest version from the download section and installing it ,, havent had to re serialize the instalation from my system ,, might be the way around it

I just had the same with my new laptop earlier this week, even set up some additional testing before via the logging finding out that I really used the wrong installation/license combination... Took an earlier Cross DJ install that didn't accept my Cross license...

Once I finally found out it took like 15 seconds....
