Kauf und Probleme

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe - nachdem ich die Demo-Version getestet habe - die Vollversion von Cross gekauft. Leider finden sich Fehler, die ich so in der Demo nicht hatte:
* Die Lautstärke der Kopfhörer lässt sich nicht anpassen, bzw. ich habe bereits bei leidest eingestellter Phones-Lautstärke eine Lautstärke, die weit lauter ist, als die Lautstärke des Mix-Outputs. Wie lässt sich dies beheben?
* Beim Scratchen passiert es regelmäßig, dass das nicht mehr richtig funktioniert. Ein Anhalten des Songs ist nicht mehr möglich, wenn ich nur ein kleines Stück vorspulen möchte, springt das Programm ….
* Das Programm selbst ist bereits mehrfach abgestürzt. Auch das war in der Testversion nicht der Fall.
* Die Effekte funktionieren manchmal gar nicht. UPD: Fehler tritt nicht mehr auf.

Was kann ich tun, um die Fehler zu beheben?

Really strange as it's the same product without the limitations of the demo.
Some simple things to try are
-use other usb port for controller
-check you have the right MIDI mapping selected.
-increase latency to 512.

The preview button at the right of the track rack has a wider range because you may want listen to tracks which aren't analysed and have low volume.

In the deck it might be you have preview enabled and then if yoy have knob fader called mix open you also get the master output in your head phone.

thank you for your reply.
The output of the headphones is only the preview. But the volume is so high if the volume knob is as low as possible that I don't think that this is a wanted "feature".
The scratch-problem didn't happen again. It only happens if I have used the beat grid editor.
The application didn't crash again.

The top position of Preview is 'line level'; similar to Main full open.

First thing to do is have your tracks analyzed. This will "standardize" the volume of the track (track gain).

Other thing that may be possible is reducing volume in the settings of your output device. Depends on the driver if it is possible.

It is not strange if your preview has to be close to full left.
