Have I been conned?

Hi,

I'm totally to new to Mixvibe, I downloaded the demo and loved it so have bought the full version this evening.

I was having trouble loading iTunes music so started looking and have started to get a sinking feeling.. I have version 3.2.1 but don't seem to have any access to an upgrade to 3.3.3 as I am running Yosemite.. my receipt comes from MyCommerce and Digital River.. Is that you guys?

It is only now I see that 3.3.3 is available on the App Store. I thought I was buying / downloading this through the Mixvibes website. Can someone help because at the moment I have an out of date product that I have paid more than the price of a new one for?!?

It tells how purchases via appstore are handled.


Your licence key has to be present in your user profile to get access to more forums. Download section is one of these.

I'm getting an invalid serial number come up. Copied straight from the email I received.

I'm concerned I've purchased through a third party who have overcharged and not a genuine product.

You can send s pm message to unclevibes. If there is a problem with the license he can verify

Btw the iTunes issue is resolved in the current version.

Hi Gosport dude, I used to live in Lee!

Once you get the issue with your serial number fixed and entered into your profile, you can download updates right from these forums. I confirm that I have the latest version working perfectly with Yosemite, although I hate iTunes with a passion so have never tried using that part.
