Mixvibes not finding entire iTunes library

I have just downloaded the latest version of iTunes (version 12.0.1) to my Macbook Pro. Now when loading iTunes in Mixvibes none of the tracks are found. I haven't changed their file location so can anyone assist urgently. I have a disco tonight and am unable to use my Mac easily at present.

I am also having this problem, since installing new iTunes I can see all my iTunes tracks but when i try to load it tells me Track Loading Error... Can't load track: File not found.

Please help!!

Have you upgraded to 3.3.3. ...
