Cross DVS not calibrating

Hi

I am trying to set up the DVS option for Cross.
I am using the V2B vinyl as the new ones are not yet available in the UK.

However when trying to set it up the record is not 'calibrating'. It's staying at 0% and I get the message "The playback time of the deck is not 1 (or 0). Please reset and try again"

Is this because of the V2B vinyl I am using?

FYI I am trying it on the demo version of Cross (I wanted to see how it is before I purchased the full version).

So I got 2 other mix vibes vinyl, and I am still getting this message
'the deck playing speed is not 1 (i.e. pitch 0)'.

As said I am only using the demo as I don't want to buy the full version for the DVS function not work.

Can anyone shed any light on what is happening? I am using Vestax PDX 2300, could the wide pitch range be affecting mixvibes ability to calibrate?

Any help would be appreciated! Is there a mix vibes customer support email address?

i had that problem and come to find out it was my wiring and dirty inside the cartridge holder after that it was smooth sailing
