not shure about the exact vers ,,some free version are not avaible ,, we do have a archive section for users who chosse to run earlier versions in out download section ,, to gain access to the download section you must have a regerstered software licence key placed in your profile /serial # will go to the d l section to see what version you are looking for ,,

Maybe someone passes by to help you with this. However it's a pretty old version and not (guaranteed) compatible with current OS and drivers; auto update of a driver might mess up your gig. You could try Cross Free. Unlimited use, limitation: No Cue function, no MIDI/HID, no timecode. http://www.mixvibes.com/products/Cross

wow ,,missed the mark with that reply ,, you are refereing to the earlier versio nof mixvibes DVS/Producer ,, came on the fourm in 2008 ,,purched home 6 in 2006 ,,so the version you are looking for is even earlier than that agree with rojec ,, on all statements ,, try the free version and see if you like it ,, then you can choose which earlier ver of Cross you want to use for your needs ,, i started with Cross free ver 1.25 .. simple and stright foward ,, running a vista set up dual core 2.3 gigs then

Just basic stuff like drag and drop, auto crossfading, ability to have multiple players open at once. I dont need effects, video, or beat matching. I run a simple 2 computer, multi monitor set up thru a Numark CD mix 2 board, with twin equinox 1200 amps and serveral speaker combo's depending on the gig. That old version, (which I still have on one laptop, runs great on Win 7) just does everything I need with out complicating anything. I've tried one of the other free demos of Cross DJ, and it just seems to not be as simplistic. If you have yahoo messaenger, my ID is blacktopburner easier to chat there if ya wanna continue to help me out.

the old version was a free version that you are still running glad you checked out the free version ,,as stated earlier older versions of Cross are avaible to download for regerstered users ,, and are limited to features due to being earlier versions of Cross in the building stages curious as to the two computer set up ,, also if the version of mixvibes is a paid for version and you still have the licence key # then regerster it on the fourm , that will give you access to upgrade pricing for Cross , dont do chats .limited computer savy and dont want to learn
