3.2 CDJ deck selection bug

I've found a bug todo with selecting which which software deck a CDJ controls, and its 100% reproducable for me.

When you turn on Cross, and your cdj's are in controller mode, Cross will show deck selection letters on each cdj to choose.

For example my left had deck now shows "A". If I select it, without scrolling through the option left or right first, Cross does not map the CDJ to deck A, but some random deck.

If you scroll left or right through the deck options and then back to "A", and select, Cross correctly selects deck A for that cdj.

This is reproducable on the other deck as well. Its like Cross isn't initialising the selected option unless a left or right scroll is done.

Windows 7 64bit, 8gigs of ram on intel laptop with CDJ 350's.

Could be a Cross issue, but to me it seems the CDJ does not provide info, as if it does not return a value unless you scrolled.

Are you running the CDJ with the latest firmware (from top of mind 1.12) and drivers?

Cross is controlling the CDJ telling it what to display though when it connects. Its not default cdj text, its Cross saying here display this text and then listening back for either, left, right or select. If the user picks the 1st selection i.e. deck A, then Cross doesn't correctly register that as Deck A.

It's definitely a Cross issue, to me it looks like an uninitialised variable that's clamped to 0-3 on selection, and only initialised when changing selection.

Yep both cdjs have latest firmware and drivers.

Think we are on the same level.. Likely has to do with initializing value.
However still not sure if this is a Cross (is it send?) or a CDJ issue (is it accepted/possible). Likely devteam can work this out.

I am having a very similar issue with CDJ 350s running the latest firmware connected to a Mac running 10.9.4. If I don't scroll through the options before selecting, the program drags to a crawl, no tracks load (although the tracks can be scrolled through the players), and eventually I'll get a crash.

Have you tried 3.3.6?
