Problème de connexion table SilverCrest SDJ 100 A1

Bonjour,

Il y a 2 mois de ça, je me suis acheté une table SilverCrest SDJ 100 A1, avec le logiciel Cross DJ LE 2.0.2 inclus.
A la première utilisation, tout fonctionnait correctement.

A présent, dès que je connecte ma table à mon PC, celle ci n'est pas reconnu par le logiciel.
J'ai essayé :
- mise à jour 2.6
- désinstallation/réinstallation du logiciel par CD et par .exe téléchargé
- désinstallation des pilotes de la table

La table est pourtant bien alimentée par le PC, le logiciel est en règle, mon PC n'a pas changé.

Je fais donc appel à vous pour m'aider à trouver le petit quelque chose qui fera que ma table soit de nouveau reconnu par le logiciel.

Please upgrade to latest version 3 in Download Center.
If this does not fix it please let us know.

Likely it is there... I don't have an LE product, so can't check for you.

There is no version 3 for Cross DJ LE, only 2.6.
And i've already try it, don't work too.

OK (not OK..). Use 2.6.
Could you please provide some spec/OS info in a next reply.

Did you try connecting the SilverChrest to an other USB port? Maybe use the latest driver from their website. (unless the device has class based native driver).

Also make sure to start Cross after the device has been installed/activated by Windows. Cross only check for MIDI at startup of program.

And when using a different USB port as before it sometimes is necesary to reboot once or twice before windows finished the install. Only after that Cross can detect.
